Just came back from a month in Nepal and still processing all the experiences. The country has a way of changing your perspective on life.
What's one thing Nepal taught you or one experience that changed how you see the world?

The generosity of people there humbled me. I got invited to share a meal with a family who had almost nothing, but they treated me like royalty. It made me rethink what 'wealth' really means.

The mountains put everything in perspective. When you're surrounded by those peaks, your problems feel so small. It's been 2 years since my Annapurna trek and I still think about those views when I'm stressed.

Nepal taught me patience. Everything moves at its own pace there - buses, trekking, even simple tasks. At first it was frustrating, but eventually I realized I'd been rushing through life without even noticing. Now I try to carry that 'bistari bistari' (slowly slowly) mentality back home.
