The Patalegau Organic Farm Experience is a short-format agri-tourism pilot designed to validate the "10-KM Plate" concept — where every ingredient served to guests is sourced within a 10-kilometre radius of the farm. Over 2 days and 1 night, participants engage directly with organic farming practices, farm-to-plate meals, and the circular systems that link producers, visitors, and the surrounding village economy.
This pilot is part of Story Cycle's 2026 programme of low-carbon, community-rooted tourism offerings.
