Visitor Information
The site is open daily from 6 AM to 6 PM. Dress modestly and remove shoes at temple entrances. The best time to visit is from October to March when the weather is pleasant. Lumbini is accessible by road from Kathmandu (around 8 hours) or by flight to nearby Bhairahawa.
