About Story Cycle
Story Cycle is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to driving social impact, environmental sustainability, and community engagement through storytelling and digital mapping.
Established in 2002 as Nepal Info Park, we have evolved into one of South Asia's leading storytelling platforms. We believe stories complete their cycle when they travel back to their source—either as media or as direct attention to important issues. Hence our focus on creating and facilitating this impact-focused cycle.
Our Mission
At Story Cycle, we care for stories from all walks of life—stories behind brands, arts and artisans, sustainable community development, and advocacy for a better world. Our goal is to motivate the storyteller in you to share your story with the world.
We aspire to be one of the leading storytelling platforms globally, starting with South Asia. We collect, curate, and tell stories from the remotest rural parts of the South, bridging the North-South divide through authentic narratives.

Our Journey
2002 - Established Nepal Info Park (audiovisual production)
2009 - Story Cycle incubated as a storytelling initiative
2010 - Launched online storytelling platform
2012 - First Story Camp; Great Himalayan Trail expedition (1,555 km in 99 days)
2014 - Map-up Camp with Google Earth Outreach
2015 - Build Camp Nepal (earthquake recovery storytelling)
2020 - Virtual Heritage Tours launched during pandemic
2023 - "In Our Hands" platform for youth entrepreneurs
